Use of the Platform
GlozenFit may be used by customers, business owners, and authorized staff to discover services, manage profiles, handle bookings, and communicate about appointments.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and use the platform only for lawful business or consumer purposes.
Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not impersonate another person, submit false business information, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
GlozenFit may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or damage the integrity of the platform.
Bookings and Business Information
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, services, pricing, availability, media, and customer-facing policies.
Customers are responsible for reviewing booking details before confirming appointments. Appointment fulfillment, service quality, cancellations, and on-premise experiences remain primarily the responsibility of the business providing the service.
Payments and Third-Party Services
If payments, messaging, maps, storage, or other third-party integrations are used, they may be subject to separate provider terms and availability.
GlozenFit is not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, or service limitations imposed by third-party providers.
Content and Intellectual Property
You retain responsibility for content you upload or submit, including photos, videos, reviews, descriptions, and contact details.
By submitting content to the platform, you grant GlozenFit a non-exclusive right to host, display, process, and use that content as needed to operate and promote the service.
Termination and Liability
GlozenFit may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlozenFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on listings, bookings, communications, or user-generated content.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are posted will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
